For young people under 16, a parent or guardian is required to remain in the treatment room throughout the entire appointment.

Four-Hands Reflexology for young people is offered at the same price as our adult Four-Hands Reflexology treatments.
Two qualified practitioners work together throughout the appointment , with the experience thoroughly adapted to each young person's individual needs, comfort and ability to remain settled.

A treatment guided by your young person
The stated treatment time is an upper limit rather than a target.
Young people may naturally move, fidget, need a break or decide they have had enough. If this happens, we simply pause, adapt or finish the hands-on-treatment according to their comfort.
The appointment fee remains unchanged because it covers the dedicated appointment preparation, consultation, two practitioners and individualised care - not simply the number of minutes of hand- on-treatment.
Our priority is for every young person to leave feeling comfortable, settled and positive about their experience.

Payment
Payment is taken in advance for all young people's appointments. Your booking is confirmed once payment has been received.
Taking care of payment in advance, means everything is settled before you arrive, allowing your young person to focus entirely on settling into their appointment without any administration to deal with afterwards.
If you need to cancel or rearrange, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice.
With at least 24 hours' notice, your payment can be returned to your original bank account.
Cancellations made with less that 24 hours' notice, including cancellations due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances, are charged in full.
This policy reflects the dedicated appointment time reserved for your young person, including the time of two practitioners and the clinic costs associated with holding the appointment. It also allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment to another patient.
Booking
All appointments for young people are arranged directly with us. Before booking, we will speak with the parent or guardian to understand your young person's needs and answer any questions you may have. This allows us to make sure the treatment is appropriate and that everything is in place before their first appointment.
